We take the welfare of all our guests and members very seriously.
Bicester Sub Aqua Club has appointed Karen as its Welfare Officer. Karen’s role is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and members of all ages. You can contact Karen in confidence should you have any questions about inclusivity, welfare or safeguarding. Karen can be contacted at here
Once a member has paid the required deposit, he/she/they have a place on the trip.
If a trip is oversubscribed, priority is based on the dates the deposits were received by the treasurer.
Full payment less deposit is requested 8 weeks before the trip.
The club may consider cancelling the trip if the potential loss to the club is significant.
In the event of a cancellation by a member, the club and the member will attempt to resell the place and if able to do so will refund the money paid in full. If the place is not resold, the following will apply:
Under certain extenuating circumstances the Committee may decide to refund the deposit / balance in full
If the skipper, or the club cancels the trip, the member can choose to have a refund or use the credit towards another dive trip.
