Scuba Diving and Snorkelling Training

If you are new to diving or are looking to enjoy the wonderful oceans of the world whilst away on holiday, learning with a BSAC affiliated club such as Bicester Sub-Aqua Club can be a wonderful and rewarding experience. The club is a friendly environment in which to learn and you will be allowed to learn new skills at your own pace. BSAC training within the club is provided voluntarily by qualified BSAC instructors. Most of the training at the club is provided at a minimal charge usually. This helps to keep the costs down as you progress through your dive skill qualifications.

Learning to Scuba Dive

Leaning to Dive with Bicester Sub-Aqua Club

Scuba diving brings you a whole new view on the world. Whether you're looking for new adventures in the British waters or want to lay off the beach and hit the warmer waters whilst on holiday, learning to scuba dive is fun and exhilarating. BSAC diving qualifications are accepted throughout the World and will allow you to dive both at home and abroad. At Bicester Sub-Aqua club we can offer BSAC scuba training from Ocean Diver qualification through to Advanced Diver (see the BSAC website for summary of BSAC diving qualifications).

At Bicester Sub-Aqua club we have all the necessary scuba equipment for you to use throughout your Ocean Diver training course so there is no requirement to purchase or hire any expensive equipment in the preliminary stages of your diving activities with the club. Qualifying further up the BSAC dive ladder is much cheaper than other professional organisations as most of the training is provided voluntarily by qualified instructors within the club.

As a qualified scuba diver and member of BSAC and Bicester Sub-Aqua club you will be able to participate in many of the club trips both in the UK and abroad. Britain has some great diving on offer, check out our dive trips section to read some of the trip reports.

If you are interested in learning to dive, please feel free to contact by any of the means described on the contact us page. We look forward to seeing you.

Learning to Snorkel

Snorkelling can open up a whole new world to you if you holiday in warmer climes near the sea. Many divers often say that they see as much marine life whilst bobbing around on the surface with a mask and snorkel as they do whilst scuba diving. Currently we do not have a qualified snorkelling instructor however we do hope to have this resolved soon. If you live in the Bicester area and wish to learn to snorkel, please get in touch and we will endeavour to accommodate you or help find an alternative solution. BSAC have a complete website dedicated to snorkelling, go to www.bsacsnorkelling.co.uk for more information.
